Mediation Fee Structure

The mediation fee includes all pre-mediation conferences and the review of position papers or other relevant documents. The number of parties is computed by counting all parties represented by the same counsel as one party.

Mary believes that the right mediator can make a difference. She is committed to the mediation process and will work with the parties until an acceptable settlement is reached.
